How do I log into my account?
You can log into your account at http://kimgarst.com/training/. At time of purchase, a welcome email was sent to you that contains your login details.
If you did not receive your email, first check your Spam folder. Gmail users: make sure you check the Promotions tab…sometimes Google re-directs emails there.
If you cannot locate your Welcome email, please Contact Us or email us at mailto:firstname.lastname@example.org?subject=Request for Login.
I have a membership to the Ignite Your Business Inner Circle, but all of the courses are locked.
Inner Circle members have their own special area in our dashboard called the Igniter Training Center. Once you login, you will need to click on the Igniter Training Center to access all of the trainings, eBooks, webinar replays and more.
Why was my Facebook group request denied?
Only current Ignite Your Business Inner Circle members can be granted permission to join the members-only, closed Facebook Group.
If that’s you and your request has not been approved, it could simply be due to a name discrepancy, meaning that the name on the account is different than the name on your Facebook account.
