Will be the same or essentially the same as what they previously purchased. That said, I recommend trying to increase the price and/or the commitment and adjust the offer slightly to justify those changes. I also recommend a re-up bonus to sweeten the pie some.
Make a list of your active buyers who are up for renewal, decide how you’ll adjust the offer to justify an increased price or commitment level, come up with a renewal bonus, adjust the script/template to suit your needs, and then approach your buyers about the re-up deal.
