Decide on the Holiday You'll Leverage, Create A Great Deal, Tease It, Make The Sales Page, Generate A Wait List, Promote It, and Remember To Do Personal Reach Out/Follow Up
Make a list of your active buyers who are up for renewal, decide how you’ll adjust the offer to justify an increased price or commitment level, come up with a renewal bonus, adjust the script/template to suit your needs, and then approach your buyers about the re-up deal.
