How to add tags to your chatbot subscribers?

By the end of this lesson, you'll be able to:

1. Click “Audience” in the left bar.
2. De-select all contacts if selected.
3. Select the contacts you want to tag.
4. Click on “Bulk Actions” in the top right corner.
5. Type the name of the tag you want in the box.
6. Click “Add Tag”
7. In the box that says “Enter tag” type the title of the tag you want.
8. If you want to subscribe them to a sequence, you can do it here as well.
9. Click “Save”
10. Click “Confirm”
11. Click “Close”
