Self-love

Give yourself permission to unplug and regroup without feeling guilty. You can't be there for others if you don't take care of yourself first.
It's okay if the only thing you did today was breathe.

Plant your own garden instead of waiting for someone to bring you flowers.
Give yourself some credit for how far you've come.
Don't just be good to others. Be good to you, too.
