How many graphics do I get every month?
You will receive over 200, professionally designed images and videos every month. Each image is pre-designed for Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and Twitter. PLUS, you will get an animated version of each image, unless an animated image just doesn't make sense for that particular image.
What file format will the images be in?
The images will be pre-designed for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest and will be in a .png format. The videos will all be in an .mp4 format.
What if I am a social media manager and want to use these images for my clients?
Memberships start at $47 per month for personal use. (1 business only). If you are an agency or a social media manager who wants to use this service for multiple clients, we have other memberships available.

How do I make the content "my voice"?
The images are pre-designed and I do include the “copy” to go with the images BUT you can totally edit the copy to share your words to go with the images. The images are pre-designed and cannot be edited except to add your logo and/or URL. The included “copy” for each image can be totally edited however you’d like.
Can I cancel at any time?
You sure can! This is a month-to-month subscription service. If you do not wish to continue, simply send us an email at help@kimgarst.com BEFORE your next billing cycle and we will terminate your membership.
Can I sell the images as my own?
Nope! The content is created with creative commons licensing. You do not own the copyright to the content. You are not allowed to copyright, trademark or sell the images as your own work. You may certainly add your own URL and/or your branding to the images. I do have an agency package if you would like to use the images for multiple clients. Simply contact me at help@kimgarst.com to inquire about this option.
Do you offer refunds?
Unfortunately, no. Once you have received your membership login, you have direct access to the content. I do not offer a refund because someone could subscribe, download all the content and then ask for their money back. If you decide that you do not want to remain a member, you can cancel at any time and you will not be billed for the following month.
How long can I access the content?
DFY Social Media Graphics is a monthly membership and you will have access to the monthly content for which you've paid. Once you cancel your membership, you will continue to have access to that content in your membership portal.
When do I get access to the new content?
Your access to the monthly content is based on your enrollment date. For example, if you enroll on the 23rd of a month, you would get access to subsequent content on the 23rd of each month. You will be sent a reminder e-mail to let you know when the content has been unlocked for you.
When do I get access to the Freebie Friday content?
Freebie Friday content will be available each Friday, regardless of enrollment date. Each Friday (with the exception of possible holidays), you will receive a Freebie Friday e-mail reminding you that the Freebies are available.
