Social media is a fantastic way to connect with people you might not otherwise have had any access to. It's a great way to generate leads! But, without the ability to close sales, your social media platform will never grow your business to its full potential. And, unless your social media growth is just your hobby (not that there's anything wrong with that!), it's time to make peace with the idea of learning to close sales.
